Regular meeting of SBIG called to order at the Veterans' Hall at 5:10 pm by Paul Schiro

Approval of Minutes

The Minutes of the April 9, 2007 meeting were accepted.

Treasurers Report

Current Balance $771.75

Specific Plan

The Chair directed that the Committee (Katchy Andrews, Brian Kreowski, Rick Turton, Bernie and Joan Suttle) contact Caroline Johnson for direction regarding the “Outline” prepared by the Committee. Brian will set up the meeting and will notify the Committee by email.

A motion was made to consistently use the nomenclature “Shell Beach Road Streetscape Improvement Plan” as part of the Specific Plan to prevent confusion. Approved.

Shell Beach Road Parking Survey

The Chair directed the SBIG to accept Tony Hyman's survey data as authorized by the SBIG. Tony will send a copy of his survey data to Dave Jewell for inclusion with these minutes in the permanent file.

Trash Cans, Recycle Bins and Mutt Mitts

Charlene West will investigate the situation regarding trashcans, recycle bins and Mutt Mitts dispensers and make recommendations at July meeting.
