Consultants have been hired by the City of Pismo Beach to create a Shell Beach Road Master Plan as called for by the Shell Beach Master Plan.

What do you think are the issues that need to be addressed in a Master Plan, especially for the area known as the "village" - from Vista del Mar to Cliff Drive

The purpose of this blog is to discuss issues that face the community of Shell Beach as it moves into the area of the Pismo Beach General Plan that calls for the creation of a Shell Beach Specific Plan.
