Mission
The mission of the Shell Beach Improvement Group is to preserve and improve the unique village atmosphere of Shell Beach for the enjoyment of its residents, businesses, and visitors. The group will seek to achieve these goals by making recommendations to the Pismo Beach City Council and by other means. Shell Beach Village Specific Plan
